LogiOptions Not Allowing Me to Map my MX Master 2s in Adobe

Hey all! I can map my MX master 2s to any software (which is amazing) through the Logi Options app. However, I cannot map it for Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects, which are all apps I use a ton.

Also, I'm on a mac, so that X Mouse won't work for mapping this.

How did you guys fix this?

Hi! I would like someone to tell me all the steps I need to do to be able to configure a sequence of actions in the Logi Options+ application on Mac so that this sequence is recognized by Adobe Premiere. I created "Smart Actions" and when I am in Adobe Premiere Pro and I click on the series of keys on my Logi MX KEYS keyboard nothing happens. Example; in multi-shot editing mode for video editing with several cameras as if we were recording live, the sequence of trigger keys that I created in "Smart Actions" which happens to be the "command" key with the key "1" should change the currently selected camera to camera 1 and then add a transition at the beginning and end of the clip.
My Mac as well as the Logi Options+ application and the Adobe Premiere application are up to date.

Hello @Dgamelin,

I read your message. I don't have access to this device, so I can't troubleshoot your problem. Sorry about that. I'll merge your post with another one having a similar issue. I hope we can get some traction for this issue. While researching your issue, I found a thread about it on Reddit. You can ask users who are already using that mouse with Premiere Pro. I hope the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
