Looking for certain Features in Premiere Pro
Hi there,
I am a Final Cut Pro veteran working on PC after 17 years so I need to migrate to Premiere Pro. There are a few features in Final Cut Pro that I thought I check see if they exist in Premiere Pro:
1- To find an item in Premiere Pro and in fact any application in Mac, you find a search field under Help menu item and when you type it opens the corresponding menu and show it for instance you don't know where zoom in/out is so you type zo.. and it opens the sequence drop down menu and highlights zoom in command. Is there a quick way to see that kind of action in PC for Premiere Pro?
2- Final Cut Pro shows the audio waveforms with different colours: yellow colour if it is getting close to clipping and it appears red if it is most likely clipping so when you adjust overall volume you can use that as a ballpark and then when you still see certain red areas you can automate the volume for those areas to avoid clipping. Is there such thing in Premiere Pro?
3- There is a shift Z command that zooms out the timeline to show all the clips within that project. Is there a shortcut for zoom all in Premiere Pro?
Thanks a lot,
Arya
