Loud buzz. Stop the timeline. Get's quieter And then it goes silent

Mac OS 14.5 M2 Pro mac mini

If I reboot, it's all good for a few minutes running. Then it happens again. I tried removing media cache files. I wish I could go back to an earlier version but I can't find a way.
