Loudness Radar error Unsupported sample rate not on Mix track

I often use the TC Electronic Loudness Radar plug-in on my master or mix track to allow me to visually gauge that audio across the entire length of the project is relatively similar. This is very helpful as I work with lots of internal videos that can be very long and require a fast turnaround. These videos don't need to be super professional, so this sweep as a final check is usually good enough.
Lately (past 6 months) some of my projects don't seem to allow me to use the Loudness radar on the master / Mix track or a submix track. I get the unsupported sample rate message. However, the loudness radar does work on each individual track. Which can be good enough when the edit is not that complex and most audio is on a single track. 50% of these videos are more complex than that, and not being able to see the entire mix run through the radar really hurts. Especially because the Loudness radar is a great way to confirm that all the parts of your audio are working well together.
I've uploaded a couple of screenshots to show my sequence settings and the plug-in not working.
I am open to better workflow tips, but I am mostly looking to see if there is a solution to why only sometimes I can use the loudness radar on the mix track.
I appreciate any feedback!
