Could you try the most recent version of Insta360 Studio (4.7.1)? It was released last week, and the notes mention some bug fixes. Let us know if you still see the issue.

If I removed plugin, especially Gopro one, it works
but I couldn't use 360 footage in Premiere

Sorry to hear that. Could you try "method 2" for uninstalling the Insta360 plugin and let us know if that helps?
