low level exception occurred in adobe premiere + raw PCM + Exporter 17

I'm getting this Error message when trying to transcribe sequence (I will add closed caption after the transcription takes place).

I've updated to version 23.0

Please help!

I get this issue sometimes as well and it also occurred in version 22.  When I restart my computer, it usually works again.  It seems to happen after I run another application called MediaMonkey.  It's an audio player and management DB.  Even if I close the application is still happens until I reboot.  I'm not sure if this is the reason or not.  Are you using this application?

    I deleted the effects, first of all the loundess. Worked. Talked to support, they will fix it.

    I would start by reinstalling Premiere Pro and try to do it with all other applications closed on your computer. I'm trying to replicate the issue but in my case I don't have any issue. For now, if you can't solve it, you could also reinstall version 2022, which works very well.

    Thank you.  I'm not going to reinstall version 2022.  Ill figure something out. I wish nAdbe would fix these glitches so we wouldn't have to toggle back and forth from different versions.
