I will try keep this nice, but there are so many glitches in this new version particular when trying to work with 4k video. i have numerous times need support help, but today it is "unavailable ?"

Just finished a Vlog, rendered fine, then try to out put it, error again....? every 3rd thing I do i get the red errors. i have the most powerful PC you can buy with a Geoforce GTX 1070. I have also tried it in accelerated and software...still the same.

any help would be appreciated. i struggle to understand why Adobe do not have 24/7 support for people that are paying a monthly fee for a product that i am continually having problems with.

    Ok, basic troubleshooting ... and need info:

    OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, and in this case the video driver also; specific number version of PrPro, as "latest" is useless comment given how often the CC Desktop app is wrong; the media you're using, codec/s, what created it, any third-party plugins or apps involved, and what other effects are you using on the sequence.

    Next are you exporting directly from PrPro, and/or from Media Encoder (queue over to ME).

    A screen grab of sequence settings and one of the export dialog box settings would both be helpful.
