Low video quality while using transitions

Hello,

I'm making a video with help of an Transition Pack I bought. It's a simple drag&drop transition but I noticed quality drop in my video right after transition starts (see picture attached).

Anyone have any ideas why does this happen? I also tried another Transition pack but the result is the same. Just when the transitions starts (first frame) quality goes down.
