Lumetri Color in Premiere on AE Dynamic link

Hi! I fully edited a music video with various effects made in After Effects via AE Dynamic link.
Now I'm trying to colorgrade it in Premiere with Lumetri, but not sure if coloring dynamic linked clips is a good idea. Will I loose some coloring flexibility if footage was passed trough AE? I've heard that Premiere and AE have different colorspaces.

So the main question is: how can I colorgrade Dynamic Links without loosing any color quality?

Footage was shot on Sony a7 III in S-Log 2.
Thanks!

In Ae, go into the Project settings dialog, color tab, and set if for 32bit float, Rec.709/2.4, and linearize. See how that works.

Thanks! I'll try it right now
How can I check if it works properly?

P.S I tried this and some strange things happened. When I set it 32 bit it was ok (1st pic),

but with Rec 709 2.4 image became darker

and after linearizing something happend with effects (you can see it around the girl's head)

Please, just drag/drop the screengrabs onto your reply box or use the picture icon on the formatting bar to upload them. Then the would show direct in the reply for all to see.

Looking at these, I'd say the second image, Rec.709/2.4, would be what I would expect to see. And yea, the linearized one has a few issues. It is recommended for most Ae/Pr work, but at times it causes an issue.

Jarle Leirpoll suggests using the HDTV (Rec.709) setting, but I've not tended to use it. (Don't use the 16-235 one of course!)

Now ... what is your monitor and what is it set and calibrated to? What do you have set in Premiere for the Display Color Management option?
