Lumetri Panel in 25.3 version

Since I have updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro my Lumetri Panel has become unresponsive. It doesn't matter what preferences I change in the Lumetri Panel, nothing seems to work. As I use predominantly use log, it is very important that I can toggle various settings within Lumetri.

Previous to the update everything was working fine (apart from Audio Track Meter not appearing which is another problem).

I have uninstalled the latest version of Premiere Pro and trying out the Beta version.

Any reason why this is happening and the Lumetri Panel unrepsonsive?

I have Mac Studio on Sequoia 15.5 / Apple M1 Max

Hey StephenJ, sorry for the issue with the Lumetri panel.

Let's troubleshoot some workspace-related issues to see if that might knock this error loose.

1. Use the toolbar at the top to go to Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout (or switch to one of the default workspaces that Premiere comes with)

2. Do you have more than one monitor hooked up? Try it with one monitor.

3. Are you using Premiere in full screen mode? Try exiting full screen.

4. Have you tried resetting preferences? Here's a YouTube tutorial to show you how.

Let us know how it's going, we'll help however we can.

Thanks for replying to me.

I have reset the preferences in point 4 and reset to Saved Layout in point 1 also.

I only have 1 monitor and don't usually use Premiere in full screen.

Trying out points 1 or 4 has done the trick and it is working as it should. I have also downloaded the Beta version of Premiere and that works fine.

Thanks

Stephen

What the media is, specifically would be interesting. And also, are you talking about the Settings tab, where all the color management options are, or the Edit tab, where you work the color controls?

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

I have been using Sony XAVC S 4K using Slog Cine EI from FX3. Also Panasonic footage too.

I have reset the preferences and that has done the trick.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
