Lumetri presets missing after 2018 upgrade

I had a number of my own Lumetri presets saved in the version prior to the 2018 upgrade, but now all of these presets are missing after the upgrade. I've looked in the Documents > Adobe folders and can't find any clues.

Not only have all my projects reverted back to the ungraded look, I don't even have the 'recipe' to re-create the look and drop back into the clips - very inconvenient!

I've also lost presets with this update - no notification to copy anything. Extremely frustrating and yet more confusingly counterproductive behaviour from Adobe. And please don't tell me I'm expected to remember where I stored a preset 5 versions ago.

Where did you store them on disc? And did you use the option to import preferences & etc during the upgrade?

For my laptop, here's where Win7 stored the presets ...

The folder-tree layout is somewhat similar in Mac, and pretty much the same in Win10 like my studio rig. Note that the laptop shown here has PrPro2017 loaded (I did NOT upgrade this old thing this time) but still has the User folders for versions 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, along with this one for 11.0.

Those are the CC 2014, 2015.1/2, 2015.3/4 versions.

Thanks for your help. I didn't know there was an import/export option on the user preset list. I've managed to find the file now but not exactly an easy process!!
