Lumetri scopes can be very delayed

My workflow is getting really slowed down by this. Anyone else have an issue where the changes that you are making in real time are very delayed to show up in your scopes?

Hi Neil. Thank you. Editing XAVC S 4K, SLOG 3 from a Sony A7s iii on a new Mac Studio with M1 Max with 32 GB RAM.

Ahh ... yea, long-GOP S-log files (and probably 10 bit) from an A7, that's ... heavy lifting. Certainly.

Not familiar with those ... in the Preferences, do you have a pair of options for H.265/HEVC encoding & decoding?
