Lumetri Tab EMPTY ?! Premiere Pro CC 2014

Hi

I have received a new computer from my Office few weeks ago and all seems Ok, but when i try to use Lumetri Tab - there is no functions available.

Premiere opens instead a pop up option asking me to import LUT files. Even if i import one (i downloaded some from Web) the Lumetri menu is still empty.

Does anyone have experienced this problem and can help to to fix it?
