LUTs disappear after making manual Lumetri adjustments

Hi, has anyone experienced this? Or can anyone confirm if this is normal Premiere behavior? I've applied a LUT to my footage via the Creative adjustment tab, but every time i make a manual adjustment afterward within Lumetri (e.g. Curves, Color Wheels), my LUT disappears reverting the footage back to its original state! I could've sworn I used this same workflow earlier on the same project and did not run into this issue. Am I missing a step in the process that will 'adhere' the LUT to the footage? Is this normal? Or a glitch? 😕😕
