M1 Silicon app Premiere "the project contained a sequence that cannot be opened"

Hey! Bought m1 mac 2020 recently and i cant open every second project cuz i have message from Premiere "the project contained a sequence that cannot be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequnce type"! 
But when i choose Intel version of Premiere - everything is OKAY! 

So please tell me, how can i make it work with Silicon version? Or at least how can i choose Intel version as default without choosing it manually everytime?

What ive tried already: resigning in CC, reinstalling Adobe with cleaner and manually, even reseting my Mac
Now i use Premiere with Rosetta but that is frustrating actually that i have such problems with Adobe software.

short update: i think that maybe thats because i have opened projects which was edited in Intel Premiere version and there is some incompatibilities between intel and silicon premiere projects, but that is the real problem!
