Mac - How to change the default scratch disk path in premiere pro projects?

Can I set up Premiere to automatically send all .PRV files to a set location I never when the Rendered in the shared folder with the saved project. So far, I and only solve this by going into Project Setting > Scratch Disk to change to location but it seems unnecessary and it really messes me up when I forget.
