MAC/PC project file shambles

Hi there, we have a mixed environment of Mac and PC computers working off a NAS. When projects are created on the macs you can't open them on a PC. It loses all the files paths or can't find nested comps e.t.c.

Even when we collect the projects on the PC it still has missing files.

Are we missing something???

Error or problem

On the PC, have you tried opening a new project then import (instead of opening) the Mac Project file?
