MacOS Monterey & Premiere Pro 2022 Shortcuts not working!

After updating to Premiere Pro 2022 my MacBook Pro wanted to be updated to macOS Monterey as well. After update of my Mac, keybord shortcuts in Premiere Pro are not working anymore. I use Czech layout keyboard. However even when I switch to US keyboard some of standard Premiere keybord shortcuts stopped working. Any workaround or tips?

Hi, I created a new Czech keyboard that works (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator...)

You can download it in the link below the video.

Hey all, I found the reason the two keyboards are conflicting is because you probably have keyboard shortcuts for your Apple computer (sysem preferences->keyboard->shortcuts) and these are overriding your Adobe keyboard shortcuts. Currently, there is no work around for this other than turning off the Apple shortcuts or changing them to something else. Or, changing the Adobe keyboard shortcuts to a different one.

I have several glitches with Premiere Pro, not sure if it is due to Monteray or the M1 Silicon chip in my new imac.  When I open existing projects, it crashes.  Or it opens them but won't load the clips.  On a few occasions it will open them.  But usually after it makes a copy of the project.  And then it will only work if I minimized Premiere and maximize it again.  Weird.  And some keyboard shortcut functions that I use a LOT don't work like [ and ] for moving video one frame forward or backward.  Even though the shortcuts are set.  VERY FRUSTRATING when you are trying to sync stacked clips of multiple cameras.   PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

THIS is what's happening to me. Shortcuts are set. Not responding. I have no idea what to do.  Was this ever resolved?

I have the same problem, but not only in Adobe programs, but also in others. I think the problem is on Apple's side. It's weird that no one on the web solves this. Keyboard shortcuts don't work for me in Sublime Text, Atom, Chrome (go back cmd+[), etc. Apple made the change after ten years... Horror

Well, i've had same issue, but for me worked to change the shortcut to another simplier (like from "cmd+shift+]" to "cmd+J") and than to change it again back to one i need to use...

I have same issues with Ai - after chat with Adobe and call with Apple there is currently no solution in MacOS Monterey - only solution they suggest is to downgrade bact to older MacOS - hope they will release some solution soon.

What I have done to few of shortcuts (not worked out for all) is that I change their preset to CZ keyboard - in Ai I stil have issue with few even after changing them. I do not know where this change is in other apps but in Ai you have it under Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts

It is not only problem with Adobe but through the apps - I have same issue with another app but there I have been able to make change in System Preferences > Keybord > App Shortcuts > +
This was not able for Ai

I have exactly the same problem... I use Czech keyboard as well. It is a common problem in all Adobe apps (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign...) and it is extremely frustrating. I guess that is about 90 percent of shortcuts – any shortcut including Shift / Alt or both. I really hope that it will get back to normal ASAP, I haven't find anything that would solve this issue.
