Hi ! 

 

I can't find how to go from macOS SIERRA 10.13.6 to mac OS Mojave 10.14 in order to use Premiere Pro CC that I bought on Adobe Creative Cloud, could you help me ?

Are you trying to update your OS? I think Sierra had to be updated through the App store instead of the current Apple method of through Software Update.
