Main Preset Window in PR 12.0.0 not closing

Hi,

When I want to do some changes in the main settings (Top Bar > Premiere Pro > PopUp > Presets),

the confirmation is not possible.

If I press OK, the button sticks to blue but the window is not closing and the settings are not saved..

Any idea?

I reset the layout many times and did a new start of PR, but the settings won't be saved
