Hi,

Whenever I make a nest sequence, the main sequence tab just disappears and I don't know how to get back to it/open it up again? I've tried resetting workflow and this hasn't worked.

Thanks

It would actually be more helpful if you posted a screenshot of your entire interface, but the Project panel can be found from Window>Project (KB shortcut "Shift+1")

It would actually be really helpful if you could post a screen recording of your entire monitor showing this happening. That would go a long way to solving this issue quickly.

Thank you, both David and Jim for your help. The issue seemed to resolve on its own after I was able to reopen the main sequence from the project panel. I appreciate your willingness to help though.

I'm not sure why it's disappearing, but you can get it back by going to the Project panel and opening your sequence.

When you say it disappears, does that mean you double-clicked on the nest and the main sequence disappears, or as soon as you confirm the creation of a nest the main sequence disappears?

Also, please provide your system specs and exactly what version of Premiere you're on (not just CC 2015 or CC 2017). You can find this from Premiere Pro>About Premiere Pro (on Mac) or Help>About Premiere Pro (Windows)

    Hi David,

Thank you for the reply. I've attached a screenshot of my sequence panel. There is no tab for the main sequence. It doesn't disappear when I double click on it, only when I make a change to it (added a black video and faded out audio).

I'm also not sure how to open it back up in the project panel. Still fairly new to Premiere. Thanks!
