Major Issue With Premiere Pro Windows

Often, when I try to do something that requires a file window to open—such as saving to, importing, exporting, and similar actions—the window does not appear. As a result, Premiere Pro completely freezes because it thinks there is a window in front, when in fact the window never opened. I have to hard shut it down, causing me to lose any unsaved work. I've tried everything from reinstalling the program to using various tricks and tabbing, but nothing has worked. This issue is extremely frustrating. If these problems persist, I am seriously considering switching to a different editor.

You should create a fail-safe button for this kind of error - a key that you press that will close all baground windows no matter what and bring the project back to the front and back to edit mode - right now when I press buttons it just makes a noise so it needs a bypass
