Make NTSC copy of PAL mp4 video file to send to Canada

Hi

I've transferred an old cine film to mp4 for family in UK to watch on TV via usb stick

I want to convert to NTSC version and send on stick to Canada

Whilst I can do this on the Adobe media encoder from Adobe Creative Suite 5 I can't seem to find a route to do this with the latest version of media encoder

( I subscribe to Premiere Pro and Media Encoder)

Grateful for any advice

    There is no need to convert it. If you send them a mp4 file they will be able to watch it on a TV and a computer. PAL/NTSC makes sence when dealing with DVD/Blu-ray but not with files.
