Make windows resizeble?

So... I have notebook which the maximum screen size is 1336*768, and it is a great notebook I dont want so substitute him for something so simple that adobe might be able to do in a few lines of code...

So I noticed that some windows that you create while messing with editing are not resizible just like the window in "Sequence"> "Sequence Settings" it's way to big for my monitor... and it even has a little space in the side for a scrollbar not implementeded... as you can see in the picture below the window goes all the way from the top of my screen and does not finish on the bottom...

The work around is that I have to shift my monitor to sideview so I can apply the changes on the "Sequence"

Please adobe... Just detect someone max screen size and when the window is not going to be able to show perfectly insert a side scrollbar and make it resizible
