Making proxies for a 3840x2160 timeline with 4096x2160 footage

Is there an easy, automated way to ingest 4096x2160 clips into a 3840x2160 timeline (most of the footage was shot 3840) without having to "Set to Frame Size" the 4096x2160 clip and then manually resize each clip so there is no letterboxing?

If you set the Preferences to NONE they will fit on adding to the timeline.

Need to import again.
