Making two videos from one

This is a short video with two different action. One action is on the top & other one is at the bottom. I want to separate this action by making it two separate videos. Is it possible?

 

If you can give proper name of this work, I can search on YouTube find the method, if available.

You could use the crop function in the new properties tab to isolate each video.

Change the sequence height to half the original. You may need to centre the image using the motion controls.
