Manually Tracking a Small Cropped Mask

Does anyone have any tips on how to manually move a small cropped mask, whenever I move forward one keyframe the mask can't move and on version 14.6, you could just highlight the mask and move it with the arrows but now that is gone with the new update.

 

Any help is appreciated!

Arrows seem to work for moving a mask in CC 2020 and CC 2021. What version are you on?

 

You could also try highlighting the mask and pressing Ctrl+T to pull up the transform box so you can see more easily what's being adjusted.
