Marker Description Issue

I experienced this issue first in Premiere Pro v23.2, and it still exists in v24.3.0 (build 59).

When placing a marker in a sequence and going to the Markers Panel to change or update its description, pressing neither the Return key nor Enter on the number keypad confirms the entry.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 24.3.0 (build 59)

Operating system: MacOS Ventura 13.6.6

System Info: Model Name: Mac Studio; Chip: Apple M2 Ultra; Memory: 64 GB; HD n/a 

Video format: n/a

Workflow details: the issue happens in any sequence I'm working with

Steps to reproduce: create a sequence, place a marker (any kind of marker), in the Markers panel, enter text in the description field, then press Return or enter on the number keypad

Expected result: pressing the Return or Enter key on the number pad should cause the description field to change from white to dark or whatever the GUI color scheme.

Actual result: Pressing the Return or enter on the number keypad does not change the status of the description field
