Mask stops working after an hour into the source video file

I have a video that I'm adding text, pictures and highlighting certain parts of it, etc.  The video is almost two hours long.  Right at the 1 hour mark in the video, the Mask stopped working, they're on separate adjustment layers.  I was fading the highlight mask from 0% to 100%, any kind of fade is gone.  I also used Mask Path for a few shots, that doesn't work either.  I tried adding a dissolve instead, nothing.  If I copy an adjustment layer that doesn't work and paste it before one hour in the video, it works perfectly.  If I copy an adjustment layer that works perfectly before the hour mark and paste it after the hour, it does not work.

I made a new timeline sequence and still have the same problem.  Tried deleting the first hour of video and bumped the rest before the one hour mark, still didn't work.  I imported another file that over two hours long, exact same problem.  I chopped the whole video down under an hour, didn't work.  For whatever reason the source file can't handle masks after an hour in.  All my pictures, texts and everything else added works great only the mask has this problem.

Suggestions?
