Massive green and purple glitching in exports

Question

Macbook Pro mid 20142.2 GHz quad core Intel i7Ram 16 gbOS Big Sur 11.7 Look at these exports (from same timeline): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1eC7FACehSax0bzKqL477ZkUraxYtl-qt?usp=sharingThe one labelled "software encoding" is the result of me deactivating "hardware encoding" for that specific export.  It happened before occasionally, but all I had to do was to repeat the exporting (without even changing settings) and the problem would disappear. Today I re-exported my file ten times - trying different exporting settings also - and also tried to export a different video. The problem remains. As I said, I already tried to deactivate hardware encoding. I was using the previous version of Premiere Pro, then downloaded the latest version, but nothing changed. I'm exporting in H.264. I tried "match sourse - high bitrate" and "YouTube 1080p" presets. Progressive field. Frame rate 29.97. Square pixels. I spent the day exporting but nothing worked. Now I'm late on my deadline and don't know what to do. Can someone help?

Try to change video preview settings in Sequence Settings to something like GoPro Cineform (YUV-10 bit)

and switch renderers from Project Settings.

If you are rendering the same project over and over, maybe it's time to delete render files from Sequence tab.
