Massive screen glitch

Question

Hello everyone,

The screen after opening the project is full of glitch on the video preview as well as the rest of the tools with random black part of the screen when I hover my mouse over it.

Anyone knows how to fix this ?

It only works normaly 1 out of 15/20 times...
