Mavic Pro Footage Imports, Weird Colors/Lines?

As can be seen above, premiere is importing the mavic pro footage and it is completely unusable. Any ideas? When I play the video using the default windows 10 viewer, it displays correctly and smoothly. Let me know!

FYI my system is a x1 carbon 6th gen with the intel i7-8650U processor UHD 620 graphics and 16gb ram.

I have seen this issue with the latest Win 10 update.

Try this: open your project, choose File > Project settings > General & select MPE Software Only Mode under the video renderer.
