Hello all,

I hope you are doing great.

My name is Peter Madanski and I’m contacting you on behalf of EZTitles Development Studio Ltd.

We are one of the leading companies on the market for software subtitling solutions. You may review us at www.eztitles.com at your leisure if you’d like.

Recently we have received a number of inquiries from our clients regarding an issue concerning CEA-708 captions.

In our tests we loaded a .MCC 708 file in Adobe Premiere CC 2017 and if there is a gap larger than 12 seconds between two captions, the second captions does not show on screen.

On the other hand this behaviour is not observed for CEA-608 captions.

Could you please let us know if there is a solution to this issue?

Thank you in advance for your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Best regards,

Peter Madanski
