Media Ancoder no longer accepting files ever since todays update

I am trying to encode VR and it goes to create queue items from project progress bar and goes maybe 70% and then stops doing anything with zero CPU use...ever since todays update that obviously wasnt fault tested properly as so many things are either now freezing or no longer working
