Media Encoder being blocked by conent filter?

I have several clips that I have an automated workflow as media encoder uploads them to youtube. The machine that is doing the payload has covenant eyes installed. Since last ngiht I ahev beening failed attmps to uplaod to youtube. Could this be because of the covenant eyes installed?
