Media Encoder doesn't export my graphics

Question

If I export directly from Premiere Pro, it looks like this. Note the big white name on each window:

If I export with Media Encoder, it looks like this. The graphics layer didn't come through!

Is there some obscure setting in Media Encoder that would make it skip this layer?

I had a similar problem when Media Encoder was in a language other than Premiere, the graphics would crash.Check that, and that both are up to date.
