Media Encoder giving weird output into Premiere Pro
I've run a number of .mov videos through media encoder using various different codecs and I keep getting the most frustrating outputs. Lets say the video is 30min long. I encode it and the output has the same length as the orignal video, 30mins. I start editing in Premiere Pro and everything is fine for a little while, say 15min in, then all of a sudden, the encoded video is starting back over at the beginning but the audio continues on like it was properly encoded. So now I'm at the proper spot in the audio but the video has started back over and been stitched to the back of the first 15min. This has happened on my PC and my Mac.
If I try editing the .mov the project preview is basically useless. I can click anywhere on the timeline and get the proper audio output on the preview, but the video, no matter where on the timeline I click, starts at the beginning of the video. I really like Premiere Pro over Final Cut, but this is starting to be too much. Help!
