Media Encoder Won't Open - Frozen on loading screen

Hi! 

Ever since updating to 15.0 and now 15.4 my Media Encoder is freezing on plug ins on the loading screen. I keep deleting plug ins but it finds something new to get stuck on. Screenshot attached. I have tried clearing Caches etc and nothing works. Media encoder 2019 is working!

    Hi tianak20811541!

    Sorry about that. Navigate to the default plugin location and move all the plugins from the MediaCore folder to a folder on the desktop and then check if the app is launching properly.

    Default plugin location:
    Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore
    macOS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
