Media pending in the middle of a clip on timeline

Okay...So I've dealt with media pending before and usually have just linked the clip. This time it's different.

I am using Premiere Pro CS6,

my clip plays fully in the bin, but when placed in the timeline 2 seconds of the clip (in the middle) goes to media pending.

I've tried rendering and that did not solve the issue.

Does anyone know???

To make it clear, the clip plays in the timeline and then goes to the "media pending" screen and then after 2 seconds it goes back to playing normally.
