Hi Remii35119220zatz,

Sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific project or all of them? Are the media files saved on an external/network drive? If so, please try moving them to an internal drive & see if it works properly.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I have a similar issue. Videos get imported for only 05:01 seconds. Often wird the media pending error at the beginning. I cannot import the whole video. It works for example for a screen recording from my iPhone but with VIdeo i recorded with filmic pro it does not work since yesterday. The months before I had no issue. I am using a MacAir M1 2020.

Here are the technical details:

  • Container: QuickTime (.mov)

  • Codec: HEVC, 8-bit

  • Resolution: 2160 x 3840

  • Frame rate: 24 fps (likely 23.976 or 24.00 fps depending on Filmic Pro settings)

  • Audio: 48 kHz, stereo

  • Color Profile: HD (1-1-1)

  • Bit Depth: 8-bit

  • Transfer method: AirDrop

Additionally my Adobe Crashes all the time when I delete and import videos again. It uses to many GB (50-65) of the CPU and then I have to close it via comand+option+esc. In this case often Safari needs to be closed as well. Normally my Mac fulfills the premiere pro requirements.

As you can see it is not even showing the video or the length of it in the preview.
