Attached is the video information on a recent upload to YouTube.
This video was recorded with a Sony camcorder with mini-dv tape.

To begin work on this tape the material was uploaded into Adobe Premiere Pro, capture format MP4.
A viewer commenting that 'The beta recording is shown as 480. Grainy. The antithesis of clear.'
Understanding that YouTube recompiles on their end It is possible to upload this video with a hope of it becomes less graining?
