MediaInfo shows my bitrate to be variabel, whilst i downloaded the mp4 in CBR

Hi there, anybody experienced this before? i downloaded the mp4 in the requested settings (most important the CBR). when i check the content with MediaInfo, it shows me a variable bitrate. That should not be the case right? What am i doing wrong? (or just misunderstanding)..

Hi Neil, Thx for helping me (again). It's a pre-req for the webinar platform i'm creating videos for. it's mandatory. And i keep getting into af=rguments with them as i download from Premier Pro in CBR and then is shows up at their end in VBR - so i tested this in MediaInfo and i get the same results!!! although downloaded in CBR it shows VBR.

Just curious why you want or need a constant bitrate ... that tends to throttle image quality on frames with more motion/fine detail compared to non-motion frames.
