median video noise reduction preset missing from premiere pro 2021

I need to reduce the visual noise form a clip. I Googled it and found some instructions explaining how to do it using the VIDEO EFFECTS > NOISE & GAIN > MEDIAN preset but the preset is not in the folder. In fact, several presets that I was familiar with are not in the presets folders. I'm using v15.1 on a Mac.

Any suggestions?
