Mensagem no premiere

Gente, meu premiere tem passado por esse probleminha chato, de dar essa mensagem (da imagem) e fechando. Não sabemos ao certo o que está acontecendo. O computador já foi formatado, o premiere desinstalado e reinstalado, atualizado, os drivers foram atualizados, tudo que podíamos fazer, foi feito. Sei que não é o projeto que está corrompido, pois o exportei em outra máquina... Alguém sabe o que está acontecendo e como podemos nos livrar desse problema?

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

What is the exact error message that you see?

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission? It is the administrator account

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems? Premiere CC 2017.1

What is the exact error message that you see?  Adobe Premiere CC 2017.1 stoped working. A problem made the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if there´s a solution avaible.
And then, premiere closes... it happens when I´m exporting, and sometimes while editing.
