Menu is hidden behind menu when importing After Affects file.

 I am trying to do what should be a quick turn around project, but cannot after the latest Premiere Pro  update (14.0) on Windows 10. When importing an After Effects file the menu ends up behind Premiere Pro. I have tried closing and reponening Premiere, using the Windows key and arrows to move it, and rebooting with no positive results. How can I fix this so I can finish my project??????
