Mercury Transmit not working? FIX

Hi Here is a quick tip.

I was struggeling with Mercury Transmit that was not working on my second monitor,
Working on Windows PC.

I found out that when the premiere pro window is maximized with [CTRL+\] the Mercury Transmit is NOT working on my system.

FIX: So I had to make the Premiere Window size to normal size again (with CTRL+\ again) and now the Mercury Transmit is working again.

So for me this was my solution to get Mercury Transmit back to work.
I hope this helps someone sometime.
