Metal Acceleration Breaks Viewer

Ive just updated to OS Catalina and found when I open any of my Premier Pro porjects that the program monitor window dislapys a corrupt image. Changing it back to Open CL fixes it. This wasnt the issue before the OS update.

Other than restoring my mac to the previous OS is there any possible fixes for this. 

I'm on Premier 14.0.4, 2013 Mac Pro
