method to reveal all instances of nested footage?

Hi! I am trying to find all instances of nested footage in a cut. Is there a way to command-F all nests?

Relatedly, is there a command to bring contents of the nested footage into the main timeline, or is that a manual job?

To select all nested sequences in a timeline:

Select the timeline panel.
Press Cmd + F (Mac) or Ctrl + F (Windows) to open the Timeline Search box.
In the search field, type: Media Type.
Set the search filter to Sequence.
Click Find All.

This will highlight all nested sequences currently used in your timeline.

Try to check if there is a script for this in Automation Blocks or if you can create one

that will show you nested sequences from the Project Panel

(I actually don't need to learn how to unnest them anymore--someone else posted about that topic in this forum and got some good answers.)
