Methods to remove Duplicated Frames

I'm editing a video that was sent from the US (I work in Australia). Their original footage was shot at 24fps, but the file they sent to me was exported at 25fps which has created duplicate frames (which I need to remove). Are there any efficient ways to remove these duplicate frames in Premiere Pro?
