Mettle Globe Preview - Error: can't initialize Mettle OpenCL Manager.

several things to try:
. check mettle plugins and premiere pro updates
. update GPU driver (disable GPU acceleration to validate a GPU driver issue)
. uninstall and reinstall the plugin then restart premiere pro
